Refund policy

At 4WDCraft, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. You do not need to return the item — simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue

We will resolve the issue within 1–3 business days.

Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return or Refund Email us at support@4wdcraft.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Exceptions — We cannot process a return or refund for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer
